At Zemen Bazaar, the luxury expression of FRTL Creative Labs, each piece is thoughtfully curated and often produced in limited quantities. We approach returns with the same care and intention with which our collections are created.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of confirmed delivery, provided that items remain:

• Unused and unworn
• In pristine condition
• Accompanied by all original packaging, tags, and documentation

Due to the exclusive nature of our collections, the following items are final sale:

• Custom or made-to-order pieces
• Limited-edition releases
• Items marked as final sale
• Gift cards

Return Authorization

All returns require prior approval. Requests may be submitted to:

Items returned without authorization may not be accepted.

Refunds

Approved returns will be processed to the original method of payment once inspected.
Please note:

• Original shipping fees are non-refundable
• A discretionary restocking fee of up to 15% may apply

Processing time: 5–10 business days

Exchanges

We gladly offer replacements for items that arrive damaged or defective. Notification must be made within 5 days of delivery, accompanied by photographic documentation.

International Returns

For international orders:

• Return shipping, duties, and customs costs are the responsibility of the customer
• Original shipping and import fees are non-refundable

Integrity of Use

Zemen Bazaar reserves the right to decline returns or suspend accounts where patterns of excessive returns, misuse, or abuse are identified.
